Shipping costs are $10

Purchases over $50 are free

Return & Exchange Policy

 

We are happy to exchange any products purchased on our online store that are faulty, damaged, or unused. If you need to exchange or refund your product, please review the following information.

Returning an online purchase

 

We accept exchanges and/or refunds on items purchased on nubeautytherapy.com.au only up to 30 days after the original purchase.

 

*Please note that opened and/or used makeup is not refundable due to hygiene requirements!

As an official authorised stockiest of ASAP products, Nubeauty Therapy reserves the right to reject the return of goods which do not meet the eligibility criteria.

​

To be eligible for a return:

​

1. The item must not be physically damaged from dropping or mistreatment. The product must be mailed or brought to the salon for assessment.

 

2. The packaging and/or product is faulty, or you have had a reaction to the product (photographic evidence may be required)

​

3. The item was a purchased online at our official store at nubeautytherapy.com.au

 

Please Note: A receipt must be provided as proof of purchase and empty containers cannot be accepted for refund or exchange

Sale Items

Sale items are not refundable

Process

 

If you meet the eligibility criteria above and would like to return your product or receive a refund, please contact nubeautytherapy1@bigpond.com and state the Order number and reason for return/refund. Please state whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement.

 

Once we receive your item, we will advise you on the status of your refund/replacement after inspecting the item within 5 working days

 

Refunds

 

If you have requested a refund and it is approved, we will reimburse you using the same method of payment of the original purchase at the purchase price.

 

Please allow 3 working days for the refunds to be approved by your purchasing merchant.

 

Return of shipping costs

 

Once you have approved a product return/exchange please return the item to the Salon in person via mail

​

Please note:

  • Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

  • We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

  • Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.

  • Please mail your ASAP nubeautytherapy.com.au product to: 168A Corio Street Shepparton 3630

 

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged products.

  • Please record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until we can confirm receipt of the returned products. We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.

  • Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.

  • Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.

  • Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
